第1条　 個人情報の定義

本プライバシーポリシーにおける、「個人情報」とは、個人情報の保護に関する法律に規定されるお客様の「個人情報」を指します。

第2条　個人情報の取得

当社は、お客様の利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人情報を適正に取得し、不正の手段により取得することはありません。

第3条　個人情報を収集・利用する目的

当社が個人情報を収集・利用する目的は以下の通りです。

1. 当社サービスの提供・運営のため
2. お客様からのお問い合わせに回答するため（本人確認を行うことを含む）
3. 当社サービスのおける商品の発送、関連するアフターサービス、新商品サービス、キャンペーン等に関する情報の通知及び当社が提供する他のサービスの案内のメールを送付するため
4. 当社サービスに関するお問い合わせ等への対応のため
5. 当社サービスに関する規約等の変更等の通知のため

第4条　個人情報の第三者提供

当社は、法令に定められた場合を除き、あらかじめ利用者の同意を得ないで、第三者（日本国外にあるも者を含みます。）に個人情報を提供しません。個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合を除きます。

1. 人の生命，身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって，本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
2. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって，本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
3. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって，本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
4. 予め次の事項を告知あるいは公表し，かつ当社が個人情報保護委員会に届出をしたとき
1. 利用目的に第三者への提供を含むこと
2. 第三者に提供されるデータの項目
3. 第三者への提供の手段または方法本人の求めに応じて個人情報の第三者への提供を停止すること
4. 本人の求めを受け付ける方法
5. 前項の定めにかかわらず，次に掲げる場合には，当該情報の提供先は第三者に該当しないものとします。
1. 当社が利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合
2. 合併その他の事由による事業の承継に伴って個人情報が提供される場合
3. 個人情報を特定の者との間で共同して利用する場合であって，その旨並びに共同して利用される個人情報の項目，共同して利用する者の範囲，利用する者の利用目的および当該個人情報の管理について責任を有する者の氏名または名称について，あらかじめ本人に通知し，または本人が容易に知り得る状態に置いた場合

 

第5条　個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除

当社は、利用者から個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止、削除を求められたときは、法令に定められた場合を除き、本人確認の上で、または訂正等を行わない旨の決定をしたときは遅滞なく開示を行います。

第7条　プライバシーポリシーの変更について

当社は、必要に応じて、本プライバシーポリシーを変更いたします。本プライバシーポリシーを変更する場合は、その内容を当社のウェブサイト上で表示することにより変更することができるものとし、変更日以降は変更後のプライバシーポリシーが適用されるものとします。

Article 2 Acquisition of personal information 

For the purpose of the customer’s use, this Company will, to necessary extent, obtain the personal information but not through improper means. 

Article 3 Purpose of personal information collection and utilization 

Our company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes: 

1. To provide and operate the services of this company
2. To reply to the customer’s question (including his own confirmation required) 
3. To send the goods served by this company, inform the relevant after-sales service, new product service, activity publicity and other relevant information, and to introduce other services provided by this company via email. 
4. To respond to the inquiries related to this company.
5. To notify the changes in the regulations related to the services of this company. 
6. Other purposed affiliated to the above use purposes. 

 

Article 4 Provision of personal information to third parties

5. Notwithstanding the provision of the preceding paragraph, a third party shall not be provided with the following revealed information：

Article 7 Changes in Privacy Policy 

This company may change the Privacy Policy as required. When such Privacy Policy is changed, its content will be indicated on this company’s website and then changed, and the changed Privacy Policy shall apply after the change date.

本隐私政策中的个人信息指的是个人信息保护相关法律中规定的客户的“个人信息”。

本公司为达成客户的使用目的，在必要范围内，适当获取个人信息，不会通过不正当手段获取。

第3条 个人信息收集，利用的目的

我公司收集，利用个人信息的目的如下。

1. 为了提供并运行本公司的服务。
2. 为了回复客户询问的问题（包括要本人确认）。

当使用者要求本公司公开，更正，停止使用，删除个人信息时，除法令规定的情况外，在本人确认的基础上，或者做出不进行更正等决定的时候，将毫不迟疑的进行公示。
