The Masayoshi Trade is advancing the study of natural swiftlet nests.

Swiftlet nests, which Tokuyama has been interested in since childhood, is rich in sugars, organic acids, free amino acids and sialic acid. Sialic acid exists in the terminal part of the sugar chain, the so-called non-reducing end, and has the effect of keeping the cell function normal and enhancing the immune function.
The company commissioned research on edible-nest swiftlet to Dr. Ichizo Oishi, who has a wealth of scientific research experience, and Dr. Kusanori Tani, and Dr. Takashi Hattori, who are doctors of agriculture at Boston University, Harvard University and other places.
